Wed, 12/16/20 - This class Is like an old locomotive training chugging along at a moderate pace for a solid hour. In the midst of it all you will see the lovely flower "bird of paradise". A very complete flow through most all the bones, joints, muscles, connective tissues and ranges of motion.
